Tim Miller has been asked by the Parents of Murdered Children — Heights Chapter, to be the Keynote Speaker on Friday, September 25th, at the upcoming National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims. There will be a candlelight vigil at 7:30 p.m. at the Reflection Pond at Houston City Hall located at 900 Smith at Walker, Houston, Texas. This is a tremendous honor for Mr. Miller.
