11/18/2008 – David Cook was last seen at his home on November 18, 2008. He was reported missing the next day when he failed to report to work. Both of his vehicles were found at his home in Amsterdam, MO and his family reports that it is very unusual for him not to contact his employer or family. David is considered to be missing and endangered by law enforcement.
