She is getting the port-a-cath so she can start her Chemo in days. Please support Lorena (Lorraine), in prayer and your thoughts and encouraging words! They really have made a difference for her.... I watch her ... when someone she never knew before writes or emails and her eye's light up... she is always so humbled that others do care. I'm glad you all out there take the time to write comments.... trust me... they are not a waste of time! They are hope and thats why I urge you all to keep in touch with her. I love her with all my heart.... I just want you all to know that I appreciate your encouragement you give to my wife and the many prayers. Johnny J. We had so many people come out and help try to sell these plates. Beverly in Action is something Else!! When she sets her mind on doing something, she goes all the way and then some. Thank YOU all who have been with us either thru prayer or physical support and even those that gave donations to the medical fund. I was blessed to survive a head on collision at 70mph in 2002 but it left me disabled & it's been a blessing to have people step in an help. It's unfortunate that Lorraine didn't have insurance but even if she didn't there is so much costs involved that it's a strain on anyone out there. Thank you to my cousin Beverly & all of her friends. I will keep you posted as well on our Website that Beverly bought for us at www.lorenacastro.com and you can follow or journey and all the beautiful people that God has sent our way.
