Bobby Palmer, age 67, was last seen on Tuesday, July 11, 2006, 6:30 a.m., at the Stone Ridge apartments located at 1115 Hwy 146 in Texas City, TX. Mr. Palmer recently had brain surgery and finished radiation therapy. He is in immediate need of his antidepressant and seizure medication and is severely diabetic. Bobby was last seen wearing grey sweat pants, an olive green t-shirt, and white tennis shoes. He has grey hair and the sides are bald from chemo; his grey beard has a week’s worth of growth.
