Found Safe: Astrid Torres, 20 Yrs., Dickinson, TX, 10/23/03

Astrid left Gadsden State Community College (where she was in the Job Corp program) and was heading home to Dickinson, Texas. Astrid was driving a 2000 Ford Explorer which is Dark Blue with TX license plates ‘T01-LXG’.
